    About the role

    As an Occupational Therapist at Timeless Healthcare, you will help clients build independence, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful participation in daily life. You will work across homes, schools, aged care facilities, and community settings, delivering therapy that is practical, goal-focused, and life-changing.

    Location: Community / Hybrid – Sydney & NSW
    Salary: Competitive, discussed during recruitment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct client-centred assessments and develop personalised intervention plans
    • Support NDIS participants, older adults, and families in achieving functional goals
    • Recommend and implement assistive technology and home modifications
    • Educate and collaborate with caregivers, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary
      teams
    • Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting

    What we’re looking for

    • Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist, with AHPRA registration
    • Experience in community-based practice or willingness to learn
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Compassion, autonomy, and the ability to work independently while collaborating
      effectively
    • NDIS experience is a bonus, but not essential

All founders had worked across hospital systems, private clinics, aged care, and community disability sectors. They saw a growing divide between clinical excellence and client accessibility—especially among the most vulnerable.
