Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When am I eligible for physiotherapy and occupational therapy services?

Timeless Healthcare Pty Ltd provides Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services to individuals funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the Support at Home Program (SAHP), as well as privately funded clients.

You do not need a referral to access our services. You can contact us directly at 1300 247 046 to make an appointment.

Our head office is located in Liverpool, NSW, and we proudly provide mobile allied health services across Sydney, including Liverpool (NSW 2170), Campbelltown (NSW 2560), Blacktown (2148), Lidcombe (NSW 2141), Sydney (NSW 2000) and all surrounding suburbs within 5KM radius.

Physiotherapy focuses on improving movement, mobility, strength, balance, and pain management to help participants move safely and independently.

Occupational therapy (OT), on the other hand, supports participants in performing everyday activities more easily such as dressing, showering, cooking, or community access, often through functional training, home modifications (minor and major), and assistive technology recommendations.

Both disciplines aim to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life, working together where appropriate for the best outcomes.

Service fees may vary depending on the participant’s individual needs, funding category, and support plan. For NDIS participants, services are funded under relevant support categories such as Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building. For Support at Home Program (SAHP) clients, funding is provided based on assessed care needs and agreed service levels.

We pride ourselves on transparency, all fees, terms, and service details are clearly outlined in a Service Agreement, which you will review and approve before any services commence.

Your initial appointment will begin with a discussion about your goals, health history, and any challenges you are currently experiencing. This is followed by physical and functional assessments to help your therapist understand your movement, strength, and daily activity needs. Based on these findings, your therapist will work with you to set meaningful goals, develop a personalised treatment plan, and, if time permits, start your first therapy session during the same visit.

The frequency of your sessions depends on several factors, including your NDIS or SAHP funding, the complexity of your condition, and your personal goals.

Your therapist will recommend an appropriate plan after your assessment and regularly review your progress.
